We’re thrilled to announce that Melissa Grebe has been promoted from Senior Account Executive/Team Leader to Employee Benefits Team Manager. Melissa has been with Amplified for 8 years, she has an outstanding track record of client management and extensive employee benefits knowledge. Going forward our service team will report to Melissa, she will guide the team on renewal strategy, process workflow and service resolution. Additionally, she is available if you have any questions or thoughts you would like to bring to management attention. We are confident Melissa will excel in her new role!
Megan Flynn who has been managing the team for the last 10 years will be taking on a strategic role within the agency. During Megan’s oversight of the service team the Employee Benefits practice has tripled in size. She has been responsible for developing comprehensive systems, process and a team of experienced insurance professionals. During the next several months Megan and Melissa will work closely together through the transition.
