We are excited to announce that Andrew Bucci is joining the Amplified Insurance team as Vice President of Sales.
In addition to overseeing the recruitment, training, and daily activity of our sales team, Andrew also coordinates strategic planning with the goal of leading the sales team to greater efficiency and success. He brings over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry and an extensive skillset in managing teams and outperforming in sales.
Andrew graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a concentration in Entrepreneurship. He started his career in the insurance industry at Starkweather & Shepley as an Account Manager, where he provided exceptional customer service and support to his clients. After 2 years of learning the ropes, he was promoted to Senior Analyst. In this role, he helped develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. As he continued to gain industry experience, he consistently met and exceeded new business sales goals.
We are confident Andrew will continue to go above and beyond in leading our organization to success and surpassing our clients’ expectations.
