Melissa has been with the Amplified team for 10 years, starting in an account service support role, then to an account executive role, and most recently, managing our service team. With her depth of employee benefits knowledge and customer service experience, we are confident Melissa will continue to contribute to the growth and success of our employee benefits practice, providing exceptional service to you.

Amplified | Property and Casualty Division
Tom Murray has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations for Amplified commercial lines Property and Casualty. In addition to heading operations, Tom will also be managing our valued relationships with our carrier partners.
Tom joined the team in 2007 in a sales administrative role and since then, has advanced to key roles in service and management with both Amplified Property and Casualty and Telamon wholesale teams. His dedication, strong work ethic, and leadership skillset have contributed greatly to the growth and success of our organization. We are excited about the extensive experience Tom brings to his new role and are confident he will continue to be active and influential in the continued growth of our organization, people, and our service delivery.

Melissa Nord has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations for Amplified personal lines Property and Casualty. In her new role, Melissa will focus on growing and retaining our Amplified personal lines book of business, in addition to continuing to lead our Client Care Team.
Melissa joined the team in 2001 as an associate account executive with the wholesale team servicing both personal and commercial lines. Her dedication to helping people, passion for collaboration, and skill for process development have been integral in the continuous evolution of our Client Care Team. We are excited about the depth of personal lines knowledge and experience Melissa will bring to her new role, confident she will continue to be influential in the continued growth of our organization.
